Hello everyone,

We have configured enrollment questionnaires, but when a learner tries to request the learning item he receives the following error message:

I already tried to recreate a new questionnare template, questionnaires and questions, which didn´t solve the issue. I also tested this with different learning items, which all result in the same error message.
