Enabling Late Hire process

Hi,

I'm enabling the late hire process and will want to know if I need to enable 'Late Hire Event' or on enabling 'Late Hire Move Hire date' event late hire event will be considered as well? Do I need to use hdl only for 'Late Hire Move Hire date' or both of them are required for their specific conditions. Please advise.
