Payslip performance Issues

Hi All,

We recently customized the payslip for one of our clients (one pager document and complete overhaul of seeded payslip). The produce payslip process took 23 hours to handle 10,000 employees; we would like to optimize the performance and reduce it to less than 3–4 hours. Is there anyone who can offer suggestions on how to enhance the performance? All other sub processes are completed swiftly except the below ones. we value your opinions.
