Search Configuration LOV

Summary:

Would it be possible to add "Assignment Number" to the search panel on the pages like Employment Information?

Currently what I can see is under Workers LOVs there are only four things can be added - Name, Person Number, Business Title and Work Email. But we want to add Assignment Number as well.
