Payroll Flow Pattern is not retrieving any data.

Summary:

I have copied Global Simplified Payroll and created custom flow having 3 task( Gross to Net, Payroll Register and Payment Register Reports). Payroll is already run separately, and flow is getting completed without any data in these report. Any reason, why these reports are not generating data?
