External Tracking - Masking UTM parameters

Trying to use external tracking parameters to see campaign and email names on GA4 for insights. Once activated the URL displays email name and campaign name when clicking on a link but I do not want clients to see this info. Is there any way to mask or hide the UTM parameters in the URL?
