Do we have an option to customize the payment method redwood page in HCM ?

We have a requirement to make the fields display only when existing bank account is clicked and if the drop down is used to choose the combination.

The indivdual fields like account number , account type , etc should be made read only when user choose option as existing bank account

Is it possible to achieve this by any means ?
