Extend Column Width for Additional Person Info ESS

Summary:

Business requirements led to a new EFF/EIT being built to capture information, to be self-served via ESS. Additional Person Info was enabled in classic, non-redwood view, and limited to show just the EIT we need to self-serve. However, the questions are of such a length, you cannot see the whole question content due to the perceived column width. If you set the columns from Max 0 to 1, and set all fields to one vertical column, the horizontal limiting continues for the label and drop down field. Can anyone advise how you can extend the column, field width or wrapping
