Can we hire disqualified external candidate?
Summary:
Hello Team,
We have disqualification application questions, the external candidate added wrong answers while filling out the job application through an external carrier site, and once he submitted the job application, the application was disqualified( the status is rejected by an employer).
The external candidate also sees his application status as an Inactive job application.
Now recruiter wants to hire the same candidate ASAP, what is the best approach for this?
Can we ask candidates to apply for the job one more time with correct answers by using a new email? or can we use the same disqualified application?
