Need to Get Non-Recurring Element Input Values Entered against Employee for Payroll Calculation

Requirement:

Need to Get Input Value (Amount & Date) Details of an element paid to employee for past one year so that while doing end of service i can do some calculation.

I have gone through below discussions but not able to Find the values for Multiple period.

Can the Database Item ELEMENT_ENTRY_RGE_BASE_ELEMENT_NAME be used in Payroll Formula? — Cloud Customer Connect (oracle.com)- Getting error "variable ELEMENT_ENTRY_RGE_BASE_ELEMENT_NAME can't be used in the DEFAULT_DATA_VALUE statement." and came to know that we cannot use ELEMENT_ENTRY_RGE_BASE_ELEMENT_NAME cannot be used in payroll Formula.
