ORC: DFF Fields not showing as search filters on Career Website

Summary:

External candidates want to have the ability to search for jobs using the 'Min and Max' Salary, or if the position is a supervisory position. We have created the DFFs for this and they do show up on the Job Info page. However, we are not seeing the DFF has search filters on the Career Website. We believe we have done all the necessary configuration including the setups in HCM Designer studio.

We are part of a Government Cage. As such, the option IRC_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED option is turned off as written in the R24A Implementing Recruiting document, Oracle states there we are to turn the Option to 'N' for Government Cage customers.
