We have an issue within one of our Lines of Business (LOBs), specifically the Technology group, who are seeking a functionality within Oracle to ensure that the sum of all child project budgets does not exceed the budget of the parent project. Users are eager to understand how they can guarantee that the total of the child project budgets remains within the approved budget allocated at the parent project level.

Is there any functionality available that can calculate the total of all child project budgets and subsequently compare it with the approved allocated amount at the parent project level? In cases where a user attempts to allocate more budget to a child project, could the system prevent this action during the submission process?
