Create Additional assignment before hire date
Hi Team,
We have the following scenario and looking for best practices to handle this scenario. No of cases are high very year during the school hiring season.
We hire teachers for primary assignment in the month of May (offer rollout, acceptance and move to HR) for the up coming school which starts in Aug. Then based on the need we may hire them for summer jobs as a secondary assignment (Admin work) that starts before their primary assignment.
As the primary assignment has not started, system is not allowing to add additional assignment.
