How to rearrange Disability Info DFF fields?

Summary:

Business want to have multiple DFF fields under Disability Info section on Personal Details page. So accordingly, I have configured 2 Global segments and 1 Context segment (since business requires multi-select option). The requirement states that the Context segment should be displayed first, followed by Global segments. Assistance is required in setting up the fields in proper chronological order as it shows that it is not possible via Page Composer since the Context segment field arrow is greyed out.
