Seeded Reminder for Instructor: WLF-00004 also to be sent to Learners

We have a requirement, where the seeded Alert to remind Instructors before 2 days of the activity date is working. We also need this alert to be sent to Learners.

When trying to add a recipient, we tried below:

${notificationUserName}

${AlertUtils.person(learnerLearningRecords.assignedToId).UserName

But it is not working. Any ideas if this is possible?
