Dear Team
We have a requirement in HR Helpdesk where we need to update Primary point of contact for Closed SRs
After Global Transfer helpdesk agents are still able to view the Some Closed SRs of previous BU where they are primary point of contact.
Please let us know the if there are any approach for restricting the old BU closed SRs?
