24A feature - cancel redraft offer action

Summary:

Hello Oracle team,

Post cancelling the offer using "cancel offer" action, we don't find a way to check in backend tables whether the offer got cancelled or not with specific to this cancel action. Can you please confirm if IRC_OFFERS or any other table gets updated with these specific action ?
