Control the security on assignment change's level

I met an issue as below, could anyone help? Any information will be appreciated!

We are on 23D and we enabled "Assignment Level Security". Our HR Specialists have the custom HR role based on AoR "Location".

  • Within one assignment E12345678, the employee was transferred from Location AAA to Location BBB.
  • The HR user has the AoR = Location BBB.
  • Under "Employment Info" page, we expected the HR user only see the employee's assignment change of Location BBB.
  • But now under "Employment Info" page, the HR user see the employee's assignment changes of Location AAA and BBB.

Is it feasible to control the security on assignment change's level? If so, how to setup?
