Send email to user group using email action in CPQ

We have a requirement to send email to a specific user group. This is on an action trigger.

Currently, application does not allow email triggers to user groups.

Business updates the users in user group and they have to update the individual emails in a data table separated by semi colon.

This is not a good user experience. Many times business forgets to update the data table and users never receive an email notification.

This creates a gap in communication and business process.
