Candidate Deletion HDL Error IRC-1590878

Step1: Deleted Candidate Job application having status 'Offer, Withdrawn By Candidate' using HDL

Step2: Tried to delete Candidate using HDL

Error Message details: You don't have the required permission to update or process the job offer or the offer doesn't exist. (IRC-1590878)

But I am able to delete the same candidate from applications without any issue.

Please help.
