How does the system determine the appropriate primary work assignment for individuals with multiple
Summary:
We have some employees that retire and come back. This results in them having two active assignments. One for their retirement and one for the new job. When we look at the learner report in Courses. We have noticed that the retired assignment is the one being associated with the learning record as opposed to the new one.
This makes it difficult to identify who is actually retired and who is back when looking at the seeded report.
Any suggestions?
