Add to Calendar link in a custom alert is not working

Summary:

Hi,

We have created a custom alert to send to learners when they get tagged to ILT Offerings.

Below logic which we have used and "Add to Calendar" code"

Alert is getting triggered but when learner receives the notification and tries accessing the "Add to Calendar" hyperlink, it gives an error.

Below is the error which gets occurred.
