Redwood Adoption Method

Summary:

We have 4 modules Global HR, Payroll, Absence & OTL.

What will be the best option for Redwood adoption - we have the below options

  1. Module wise
  2. Combination of Modules ( 2 modules)

Having said that we need to thoroughly analyse the pages, personalizations , any other changes for which module is opted for. So if anyone have already adopted completely or partially Redwood for the modules please share ur thoughts.

Also do we need to change the theme also - is it mandatory ? if we adopt Redwood UI
