How to disable the FYI notification after the approver the approve the PO?

Hi Team,

We have an issue with FYI notification in purchase orders:

• We have an issue where we didn't enable FYI notifications for purchase orders, but the approver was getting FYI notifications for the approved purchase orders.

We want to restrict FYI notifications to the user.

• We have another issue, like the user was getting the FYI notification after the purchase order was approved., but the purchase order document was getting in draft. We want an approved document and need to send an FYI notification to the user.

Kindly let us know what steps need to be taken to resolve the issue.
