Adding Grade Details to Standard Approval Workflow Notifications using Custom template

Business has a requirement to add Grade under Employment Details section that is displayed in the delivered/standard Workflow Approval notifications.

We have tried achieving it by cloning delivered DM from the below path and customized the template to accommodate the requirement. However it didn't work.

 Path - Shared Folders > Human Capital Management > Workflow Notifications > DataModels > AssignmentChangeReport

 Also, setup both the profile options - BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME and BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME_HCM to 15 and retried. Even then we were unable to fetch Grade in the Template. 

Please suggest if anyone has a solution for this requirement.
