We are getting below error intermittently at StageRead. Sometimes request is processed successfully.

Error Code : java.lang.RuntimeException

Error Reason : Error while translating message to the mentioned format. Please make sure that the file content conforms to the schema.

Error Details : INVALID SOURCE FILE: java.lang.RuntimeExceptionError while translating message to the mentioned format. Please make sure that the file content conforms to the schema.Error: translated xml document does not conform to xml schema. error:Element 'EMPEE_EMP_ID' not expected. Please ensure that native data is correct. To turnoff result validation, unset flag nxsd:validation in nxsd
