How to ignore an approver when their user is inactive or blocked

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a rule with a condition so that the system ignores the approver when its user is inactive or locked within the security console?

For example:

I have the following two people in my approval flow

But Julio's user is inactive.

Is there a condition I can set in my rules so that these approvers with an inactive user are ignored from the approval flow and do not appear?
