Create Depandant Parameters on Payroll Flow submission screen

We have a requirement to make Few Parameters dependant on 1 or more parameters.

*P_VACANT_POS

P_POSITION

*P_PERSON

P_PERSON_ACT_UP

*P_EFFECTIVE_START_DATE

P_EFFECTIVE_END_DATE

P_GRADE_STEP

If P_VACANT_POS = Yes, then LOV attached to P_POSITION should get populated and LOV attached to P_PERSON_ACT_UP LOV should not show any values.

If P_VACANT_POS = Yes, then LOV attached to P_POSITION should not show any values and LOV attached to P_PERSON_ACT_UP LOV should get populated. Lov attached to P_GRADE_STEP should populate the Grade steps of the Grade associated with the Position
