Review Button not working on person management

Summary:

Hi All,

The Review button is not working on the Person Management page (Classic UI). When the user is clicking on the review button after making the changes on the assignment info of the employee the page is not moving forward and no change is happening.

As per the expected behavior when we click on the Review button it will take us to review page and the submit button gets enabled but in our case nothing is happening on clicking the review button.

This is happening for some countries.
