Learning Alerts for Required Learning

Our Learning alerts used to have a clickable link for the learners to be taken directly to the learning. Now the link is not there.

Has something changed where we need to update the code in the alert composer? Attached screenshot below of the alerts we are getting now for required learnings. The link used to be listed under the Learning Item Title.
