Department IDs appearing while Promotion task

Summary:

Hello Experts,

While HR is trying to promote an employee, we are sometimes seeing Department IDs in Department field. (refer the screenshot below).

Note: we have renamed Department field to Organization.

Any idea, why this is happening?
