Error in prepayment Process

While running Prepayment, we are getting the following error for an employee:


A system error ORA-20001: The cash payment can't be paid in full using the available monetary units. Details: Either more monetary units are needed for the currency, so that amounts can be paid in full, or functionality must be implemented
