Can you create a personalized prompt to combine multiple selections into 1 prompt selection?

Our business is reporting out on shift manager turnover regularly. Unfortunately we have 12 job codes that fit into the 'shift manager' position, so when running OTBI reports, they have to manually select 12 different job names in their prompts to select all the shift managers. Wondering if it's possible to create a 'Shift Manager' prompt that groups all of the 12 job codes together that they can select vs. selecting each one individually.
