How to remove Hiring Manager's profile options for Actions in Redwood page for recruitment?

Hi,

While applying for a job the candidate has the ability to view Hiring Manager's profile (which links to Connection Profile page- Screen Shot attached) . How do we hide the View Hiring Manager's Profile option from the drop down?

Is there a profile option where we can relevant changes?
