blank job offer approval notification

"Job offer approval notification" not showing any offer details for majority of approvers. Job Offer approvers receive approval notification (bell icon) but upon opening the notification, the contents are blank , approvers are unable to see any of the details.

  1. All Approvers have Seeded "Hiring Manager" Role
  2. All Approvers have these privileges - IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER_PRIV, IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER_OTHER_COMPENSATION_PRIV, IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER_SALARY_PRIV, IRC_VIEW_JOB_REQUISITION_PRIV and Approve Transactions
  3. Majority of Approvers are NOT a member of the Job Offer team
  4. Majority of Approvers DO NOT have a subordinate as member of the Job Offer team
