How can we add "Date of Birth Field" under "Create Candidate"?

Summary:

Under, Hiring -> Candidate Search-> Search -> +Add -> How can we add the field “Date of Birth” so that it can automatically gets stored under the “Personal Information” like all other fields displayed over here.

We are not using the complete ORC module and that is how when the recruiter finalised their candidate(using other outside App) , they “Create User” via this path and then map it to the Requisition. We want to add the field – DOB over here.
