how to mark pending workers as processed?

Hi There,

We have implemented the recruitment module recently. we have almost 40-45 pending workers under "Manage job offers" from various countries. however, instead of processing them, local HR created them manually using "hire an employee" option. Therefore, the new employees started working and registered in Core HR. But we can still see them under pending workers as well. how can we mark the pending workers as "HR, Processed", without erasing the records in core HR? Can we mark them together? thank you so much in advance for your help.
