Not able to see The Person details in Person management

Our issue is that we are unable to view the details of a person in the person management system. Even though we have assigned the user the role of Human Resource specialist and granted them data access.


However, as soon as we assign them the role of Application Implementation Consultant(Without making any other changes), they are able to view the person details. But we cannot assign them the Application Implementation role.


Please tell me where I am going wrong, I would really appreciate it.
