Display Legal Disclaimer to Internal candidates

Summary:

While creating Job Application Legal Disclaimer in Content library, there is an option for internal and external visibility.

However, Legal disclaimer does not display for internal candidates. I only see it on external career site.

I don't see any existing ideas too in this case.

Is it really possible to display Legal Disclaimer right now for internal applicants; or do we have to resort to work arounds with questions or Person EIT?
