Redwood My team -> learn enrollment status are not showing correct information

Summary:

We are seeing in the my teams -> learning -> My team tab -> employee. when a manager is reviewing course enrollment for employees the data is not correct. The employee completed the course a week ago and the view is still showing as overdue. has anyone else experienced this and can help point us if this is an issue and how we can fix it?
