Total Gross Pay in Gross to net report is not matching with Payroll Activity report
We have created a Unpaid leave Absence element, but when this newly created element is processed, we see Total Gross Pay in Gross to net report is not matching with Payroll Activity report.
Unpaid absence is deducted from Standard Earnings.
Eg: Unpaid absence is 500, and it is deducted from Standard Earning i:e 5000-500 is 4500.
In Gross to net report, I see 4000 as Total Gross Pay, but in Payroll Activity Report I see 4500. 4500 that is showing in Payroll activity is correct as 500 was already deducted from Standard Earnings.
Any balance group/ balance group usage / balance dimensions needs to be adjusted to correct Gross to Net report?
