Custom Role to send BACS files to UCM

Summary:

We had a custom delivery for PAYMENT that sent BACS files to UCM and it works if the users who execute the payroll flows have Integration Specialist; however our client rejects the idea of granting the role to their users instead looking for specific privileges that enable the delivery. Could you let us know what the privileges are?
