How to create approval rule based on AOR Type or AOR?

Summary:

We have a requirment to create a Document of Records approval rule based on AOR Type or AOR.

When ****_AOR add a document then it should get auto approve.

If requester is not ****_AOR then send for approval.

Could someone help me to implement this solution.
