How to Change E-mail Addresses for Rehired Employees During the Rehire Process?

I would like to know if there is a way to change the e-mail address for an employee who is being rehired, during the actual rehire process in the Responsive Pages? When I reach #3 "Communication Info" under "Create Work Relationship" in the Responsive Pages, the original e-mail address is listed. There is no edit button present enabling you to change the e-mail address.

Is there a way to add an edit button for the e-mail address field on this page?
