How can we add dynamic dates to a scheduled BI report?

Summary:

We would like to schedule a BI report (integration) to run every two weeks with the parameter date as the new payroll date. For example, run the report on April 11 for the April 11 paycheck. Has anyone been successful? Do we also have to add a date expression for the name of the file?
