Can Actual effort be changed to Expected effort while course is completed?

Hi Team,

Our customer has a requirement to replace Actual Effort with Expected effort while course is completed. Also this expected effort should be the one to appear in Dashboard that is visible to Employee.


Kindly share us your ideas in achieving this.
