How to hire internal candidates

Hi All,

We see that as soon offer is accepted by an internal candidate, status changes to "HR, Pending Manual Processing".

Wanted to understand what manual changes are required and by whom?

Does someone from HR receive notification and do all assignment changes manually all over again based on the requisition details?
