Display a custom message in PO Receipts page

We are implementing Oracle Cloud. We have a requirement to display a message based on Item Primary UOM on the PO Receipts Manage Lots Page. Please let me know if anyone has implemented similar requirements.
Requirement: We need to display a message on the Lot page asking the user to populate the DFF field if the Item Primary UOM is 'M2'.
