Summary:

Customer is implementing Core HR and need to send Demographic changes to ADP. We are leveraging US ADP Workforce Now Payroll Interface V2 extract for this purpose. Most of the data changes we can send except following.

How following customisation can be achieved in the extract?

• Is Paid By WFN – should be “Y” for New Hire, rehire, and transfers. - As per the code only it sends the flag only in case of Hire and Rehire not Transfer.

• SUI/SDI TaxJurisdictionCode – 2 digit numeric value, Based on Worked State Tax Code. if employee reports to a location should be derived by the state the location is designated. If employee is remote, should be derived from home address. (work at home flag is not avialable in extract and new attribute addition is not allowed.
