Run Diagnostic Test on MacOS issue

I have been trying to "Run Diagnostic Test" under the Troubleshooting area of the profile options and have been unable to on my Mac within Chrome. I do see the button (I have both roles: Application Diagnostics Administrator & Application Diagnostics Advanced User) but when I click on it, I am redirected to the home page.

MacOS: Sonoma 14.4.1 (latest)

Chrome: 123.0.6312.59 (latest)

When I try on my PC with the same account, I am able to access the Run Diagnostic Test page.

Do others face this same issue?
